Mittwoch, 11.5. bis Freitag, 13.5.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Heute haben wir unsere erste Reifenpanne – und das auf Asphalt! Das Reserverad ist schnell montiert, hat aber leider nicht die richtige Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Im n\u00e4chsten Ort bekommen wir keinen neuen Reifen, wir fahren noch 260 km bis Grootfontein, wo wir schnell einen neuen Reifen bekommen und um 1.700 Dollar \u00e4rmer sind.
In der Lodge sind wir wieder fast alleine.
Es geht weiter zum Waterberg. Wir buchen einen game drive und fahren mit einem Ranger in sonst nicht zug\u00e4ngliche Gebiete. Wir k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Antilopenarten und B\u00fcffel beobachten. Auch der Ausblick auf die Kalahari ist beeindruckend.
Am Campingplatz bekommen wir Besuch von Zebramangusten. Leider treiben auch Paviane hier ihr Unwesen…
Uns gef\u00e4llt es hier sehr gut und wir bleiben einen weiteren Tag. Den Mountain View Trail darf man auch ohne Guide machen. Gleich zu Beginn sehen wir ein Dykdyk – die kleinste Antilope. Weiter oben k\u00f6nnen wir dann Klippschliefer beobachten. Einer l\u00e4sst uns ganz nahe heran.
Zur\u00fcck am Campingplatz versuchen wir das Pool. Aber das Wasser ist sehr kalt und die Paviane sind l\u00e4stig.<\/p>\n
